Terms of Use

By accessing or using the Z Brothers App, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you use the App on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on that organization's behalf.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the App.

The App is provided for business use by authorized staff members, clients, vendors, subcontractors, and other approved project participants. You may use the App only for legitimate project, construction, financial, communication, document, and administrative workflows authorized by Z Brothers or the company account that granted your access.

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• You must provide accurate account information and keep it reasonably current.
• You must promptly notify Z Brothers or your company administrator if you suspect unauthorized access or misuse of your account.
• Z Brothers may suspend or terminate access when needed to protect the App, users, project data, or business operations.

Users may enter, upload, submit, or manage project records, communications, files, financial records, schedules, daily logs, permits, notes, approvals, and related business data through the App. You represent that you have the right to submit the data you enter or upload and that your use of the App will comply with applicable law, contracts, and company policies.

Z Brothers may process user content and project data as needed to operate, secure, support, troubleshoot, improve, and maintain the App and related services.

• Do not access or attempt to access accounts, projects, records, systems, or data without authorization.
• Do not interfere with, disrupt, scan, overload, reverse engineer, or compromise the App or its infrastructure.
• Do not upload malware, unlawful content, infringing materials, or data you are not authorized to provide.
• Do not use the App for fraud, harassment, unlawful discrimination, deceptive activity, or any purpose unrelated to authorized business workflows.
• Do not remove, alter, or obscure security controls, audit records, proprietary notices, or access restrictions.

Our collection, use, storage, and sharing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. By using the App, you acknowledge that personal data may be processed as described there.

The App may link to or integrate with third-party services, including hosting, storage, communication, payment, mapping, analytics, or business systems. Z Brothers is not responsible for third-party websites or services that are not controlled by Z Brothers. Those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

The App, software, interface, workflows, designs, trademarks, logos, documentation, and related materials are owned by Z Brothers or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights. You may use the App only as permitted by these Terms and any applicable written agreement.

Z Brothers may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the App from time to time for operational, security, legal, or business reasons. We aim to maintain reliable access, but the App may be unavailable during maintenance, outages, incidents, or events outside our control.

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. Z Brothers does not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every business need. Users remain responsible for reviewing records, approvals, financial information, project data, and other outputs before relying on them.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Z Brothers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or similar losses arising from or related to use of the App.

Z Brothers or the applicable company administrator may suspend or terminate access to the App if a user violates these Terms, loses authorization, creates security risk, or if access is no longer needed for business operations. Certain obligations, including confidentiality, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute-related terms, survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless a written agreement with Z Brothers provides otherwise.
